⢠Recommends and executes learning strategies to address the departamental or organizational development needs.

⢠Develops team members, ensuring they ehxibit key skills and competencies required to perform their jobs.

⢠Creates and reports periodically actionable learning metrics with all the stakeholders.

⢠Provides training support and services to similar accounts.

⢠Plans the training budget for the BU or the particular account.

⢠Ensures that identified training needs are aligned with business' objectives.

⢠Manages overall training of the business group through needs identification, solutions, training plan and delivery.
