Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Follows strictly the team's goals, mission and vision. Makes sure that documentation are being kept for future references. When any task/program is done, ensures that the team provide testing, written report and have the means and method on disseminating latest information to all software users;Leads the research and development for the specific software assigned that would help meet the Company's goal;Makes sure that the software is used properly and to it's full potential/capacity – recommends improvement and/or changes as necessary – through the use of reporting and justification of findings to the Technology Manager;Investigates, monitors and reports  how the specific software can improve Speed, Quality, Accuracy and Profitability;Responds to immediate technical needs that Manila Office and US Office have on a daily basis – immediate action is always required – especially on urging matters such as “Shop Calls” related to the software;Monitors users of the software - such as, but not limited to – 3D Modelers on their performance and use of such software. Determines weaknesses, strength and overall performance – recommends training/s as necessary to improve performance. Recommendations should be in written report to be submitted, for review to the Technology Manager;Keeps open communication with Manila staff, US counterpart and clients - instilling a sense of confidence, control and competence. Attends weekly meeting of Technology Department to discuss work load, accomplishments and other related topics;Maintains the integrity of the overall architecture;Initializes the design and planning process to improve the use of current software for the Company's advancement;Does CSF satisfaction as main goal;Ensures Proper Maintenance, Updates and documentation of the software, 3D libraries, BIM models (as required by the Technology Manager) and other related data;Learns the basic of other software used by the Company to be able to help other team members of Technology Department  – such as, but not limited to – Navisworks, Strumis, Revit and other BIM software;Does anything required to ensure Technical Support position's purpose is met; andPerforms other related tasks that may be assigned by the Technology Manager.

· Education Requirements

Graduate of BS - Civil Engineering, BS - Architecture, BS - Computer Science and other related courses.

· Work Experience

At least one (1) year of work experience in the related field is required.

· Knowledge and Skills

Records Management, Documentation, Database, Administrative, Microsoft (Word, Excel and other programs)
