Sales Office Staff

Job description:
- Provides support to the company's sales department.
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
- Takes orders and inquiries via phone, email and other messaging platforms on assigned accounts.
- Assisting customers on their inquiries and orders.
- Encoding of orders for pick up in Oracle for limited number of items to purchase
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- College graduate of any business course
- Preferably with one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Sales Experience is an advantage but not required
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good oral and written communication skills
