Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive training materials, modules, and resources focused on communication skills, email and chat etiquette, and leadership development.Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees of all levels.Customize training programs to address specific needs and challenges within different departments or teams.Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to support their personal and professional growth in communication and leadership.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies related to communication skills, email and chat etiquette, and leadership development.Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.Act as a subject matter expert and resource for employees seeking guidance on communication, email and chat etiquette, and leadership matters.Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures related to communication and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications or degree majoring in English, or have relevant experience in Training and Development.  Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, with a focus on communication skills, email and chat etiquette, and leadership development.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Experience in leadership development, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Certifications in training, coaching, or leadership development is a plus

Additional Information: 

Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate training sessions across different departmental work schedules.
