Universal Robina Corporation - Flour Division is looking for a Cadet Engineer

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Will undergo a comprehensive 1-year training program in Flour Manufacturing.Gain exposure to the entire flour production process.Learn and adhere to Safety Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Ensure compliance with FSSC, HACCP, and other relevant standards.Acquire knowledge in the use of various tools and equipment involved in Flour Milling.

What are the Qualifications?

Must be a graduate and licensed in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.Preferably fresh graduates or with a maximum of 1 year of work experience.Demonstrate outstanding academic records.Possess excellent communication skills.Exhibit strong organizational and management abilities.Open to the possibility of deployment to other URC Flour Plants.Willingness to work 6 days a week and on a shifting schedule.Ready to be assigned to the URC Flour Plant in Pasig.
