The tasks you'll perform

The Engineering Cadets will have the opportunity to work with our international team of talented professionals, exchanging knowledge, building skills and gaining experience. Lycopodium offers tailored mentoring, technical development and role specific training to help you succeed.

The ideal candidate will possess;

Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Chemical, Structural, or Civil Engineering.
Proven academic track record.
Open for candidates fresh out of universities.
Demonstrable experience applying an engineering approach to problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and within a team
Initiative and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement & self-development
