We are looking for a Senior Manual QA for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision. Responsibilities: 

As Senior Manual QA you will be ensuring that business requirement specification are analyzed and understood properly and able to translate into functional specifications and test cases; You will be evaluating and testing new or modified software programs and software development procedures;  You will be understanding and complying with the defined and agreed Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI standards of the organization; You will be understanding various approaches used in testing; You will be creating test effort estimation based on the provided requirements for small to large sized projects; You will be developing effective test strategies and plans;You will be creating a Master Test Plan; You will be reviewing Test Cases and Test Scripts written by any team members; You will be writing Test Cases and Test Scripts; You will be writing clear and precise defect reports as required for identified software defects and functional defects based on testing results; You will be writing and submitting Test Summary Report and/or Test Acceptance Certificate; You will be reviewing and analyzing test results and makes recommendations; You will be mentoring and Guiding Manual Quality Analyst I and II. Requirements: 5+ years experience in Quality Assurance or testing; Work in a hybrid set up (3 day onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 day WFH) – Necessary condition; Experience with testing mobile responsiveness; Experience with writing test cases and test scripts; Experience with creating a Master test plan; Understand of Test Design Techniques, QA methodologies and SDLC – Waterfall and Agile; Deep knowledge of QA testing tools, different test approaches, standards and process; Experience in leading a QA team in small to medium sized projects; Experience in various system development environment; A competitive analytical and problem solving skills and advanced communicative competence. Nice to have:  Exposure in business operations related to manufacturing, distribution and financial operations; Obtained ISTQB Testing Certificate. We offer: Equipment will be provided; HMO on your day 1 + 1 of your chosen dependent; Monthly non-taxable allowance; Monthly transportation allowance; Optical Coverage; Year-end leave monetization; Gym Subscription; Monthly supply of coffee
