Qualifications & experience

Must be an engineering graduate preferably licensed ( but not mandatory) with at least three(3) years on-site experience in general construction and engineering.Well-versed in AutoCAD plan preparation and documentations. Familiarity in engineering works standards would be a plus factor.24 to 30years old, must know how to drive and holder of valid driver's license.Preferably resident of Cavite, Laguna or Southern Metro Manila.With good interpersonal skills and willing to be assigned anywhere in CALABAZON area.Preferably has undergone standard construction safety seminar ( SO2 certificate holder).

Tasks & responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the project manager and/or project engineer in planning, coordinating and implementing various projects involving civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical works.Responsible for plans and documents preparation related to general construction and engineering works. This involves documentations necessary for permit applications as prescribed by the government.
