Duties and Responsibilities: 

Prepares QTO and prepares pay items for residential, commercial, amenities, and misc. buildingsPrepares and compiles documents, computations, attachments, and details needed for budget presentationsRegularly update price index, conduct site inspections, and conduct value engineeringDesign coordination with Engineering Consultant and validation of consultant/supplier outputHandle developmental projects and initiatives; train and evaluate the performance of team members; and improve processes, templates, and guidelines to enhance efficiencyPerforms other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical EngineerLicense in Electrical/ Mechanical EngineerKnowledgeable in Autocad, Civil 3D, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office ApplicationsWith good public speaking skills and communication skillsHas experience in horizontal and vertical developmentKnowledgeable of local and international building codes
