This role ensures the efficient execution of all delivery-related activities, from dispatch to document return, while maintaining effective asset utilization, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and monitor the transportation of finished products from our manufacturing facilities to customers and distribution centersLiaise with carriers, logistics providers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesMaintain detailed records of all transportation activities, including shipment tracking and cost analysisOptimise distribution routes and schedules to improve delivery efficiency and reduce operational costsIdentify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the distribution processCollaborate with the warehouse and production teams to align inventory levels and distribution plansProvide regular reports on distribution performance and make recommendations for process improvements

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar traffic or distribution role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industryStrong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations, including familiarity with distribution channels, carrier management, and delivery schedulingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teamsProficient in using logistics and transportation management software, as well as spreadsheet and data analysis toolsAttention to detail and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and KPIsProblem-solving skills to identify and resolve distribution issues quickly and efficiently
