The Senior Manager, Facilities Management & Supplies, is responsible in implementing the plans and programs approved and mandated by the top management for the maintenance and engineering works of the store and its facilities, electrical, mechanical equipment, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary, civil works and the disposal of non-usable fixed assets, and other wastes.

Responsibilities: 

Ensure all stores under his/her zone are compliant with all governmental, administrative, and audit statutory requirementsPlan, organize, direct, and communicate the different activities of the store under his/her zone in terms of maintenance and engineering personnel manning for the effective implementation of policies and procedures and the general operation of the store facility including planned preventive maintenance of equipment/sActive involvement in the handover process. Ensure handover of permits, as-built plans, operating manuals, etc., from project managers /contractorsDevelop and maintain harmonious partnership with service providers to facilitate delivery of outsourced services and ensure fulfillment of terms on vendor agreements and contracts, including up to date payment of services Collaborate with leasing group to discuss any issues/concerns related with the tenants prior to release /issuance of memo/circularManage performance by setting clear expectations, reviewing progress, rewards and recognition, coaching, feedback and evaluating performance

Key Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and LicensedAt least 7 years work experience in Property/Building/Facilities ManagementWith Construction Management and Technical background is an advantageAmenable to be assigned at SM Retail Headquarters – Pasay
