Your Key Contributions:
Manages/receives incoming communication through CSD’s contact points (Phone, Chat (Viber) and E-mail), responding to customers from residential to enterprise queries such as internet restorations, and/or service requests including educating them for initial fault isolation or walk through for basic troubleshooting.Manages all outbound customer engagements thru projects that will enhance customer experience via all contact points (Phone, Chat (Viber) and E-mail). Outbound customer engagements are done to also inform and promote new products & IT services (Microsoft365, Fortinet, Globodox) with the inclusion of complimentary services with our vendors/partners (Microsoft365, Fortinet, Globodox).What Makes You a Fit for this Role:
Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Engineering related courses.With Telco Experience is not required IF the candidate is IT Graduate.Knowledgeable with troubleshooting proceduresWhat Makes You Standout:
BPO experience under a technical account is a plus.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Has the ability to identify and address urgent client concerns.Can handle client communication in a professional manner via phone call, chat, and email.Comfortable in collaborating with peers and partners within the organization to reach excellent resolution for clients.Perks:
