Trading Staff (Import&Custom Clearance, Export)

JOB DESCRIPTION
・Order to overseas supplier and subsidiary about goods for sell in Philippines.

・Trucking and checking cargo with shipping company and agent from overseas

・Check shipping documents from overseas subsidiary and prepare custum and payment to supplier.

・Import custum clearance cargo from overseas and caluculation duties.

・Calucuation for product cost with product price, ocean freigt and other charges. 

・Stock management for Warehouse and each sotre, and support store

・Adjust and decide the goods distribution for each store with operation department request.

・Coordinates with suppliers, logistics, warehouse and store to maintain the supply chain and reduce cost.
 

REQUIREMENT

・Good communication skills, Able to communicate in business level English 

・Knowkedge of Import/Export and experoence commnuicate with custum office.

・Bachelor’s Degree

・MS Office(Excel/PowerPoint), good computer literacy

・Ability of Analysis and Problem solving skill.
