Position Overview:

The Contract Manager oversees daily operations, financial management, and compliance with safety standards to ensure efficient service delivery. They also manage and develop staff, maintain client relationships, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operational Management

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.

Financial Management

Manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Monitor and control costs to meet financial targets.

People Management

Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.Regularly meet with clients to discuss performance, feedback, and areas for improvement.

Safety and Compliance

Ensure compliance with HACCP and other Food Safety standards.Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect staff and customers.

Quality Assurance

Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in service delivery.

 

 

Qualifications:

Experience

Three to five years of experience in a similar position.Proven experience in financial management, particularly in managing P&L.

Knowledge and Skills

Familiarity with HACCP and Food Safety training.Certified ServSafe.Strong people management capabilities.

Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team-building abilities.Effective time management and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
