Develop, negotiate, and evaluate company contracts on behalf of an organization. In charge of ensuring that both parties are complicit with the terms of the contract, as well as ensuring that all contracts abide by local and government laws.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals

· Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production costs, and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate

· Liaise with and support the Project Manager to ensure the project is executed safely and properly

· Ensure compliance with the company's work health and safety policies, standards and procedures

· Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget

· Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety, and environmental regulations and law

· Stay updated with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.

Qualification:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree / College Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or equivalent

· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Experienced employees specialized in Managing Contracts or equivalent

· Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements involved in a specific contract

· Create and manage contract strategy, negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing, and follow up to ensure execution according to negotiated terms.
