Your day-to-day tasks and our learning process will transform you into an expert on all things tech related to digital payments, which our software provides.Your collaboration with various teams, including Product, Development, and Testing team, will be crucial in delivering best experience for our customers. This is not yet “another” supportrole, as you will have a chance to grow into business analyst and later business consultant traveling around the world advising our clients how to maximize the potential of our platform.Handling low complexity tasks and expertise in one or multiple features and processes which include but no limited to the below items:Each morning, you'll review communication channels to promptly address any customer issues. Your problem-solving skills and knowledge of the platform will come into play as you put together a plan on how to efficiently move the customer from a problem to a solution.You'll collaborate with your team members to develop and document the most effective approaches, creating process guides that explain our feature stack best.As our list of providers continuously grows, we are constantly new services to our vast tenant ecosystem. You will become a master of API communication, an invaluable skill that you can only learn through practice with the guidance of seasoned IT professionals.Handle analysis related to platforms, open API related to bank systems, reconciliation, reporting, and all UI/UX related items.Engaging in daily stand-up meetings with the Product team, you'll learn about new features, updates, and integrations, deepening your understanding of the tech space.Becoming a master of written communication, you'll ensure that your responses to customers across all our channels are clear and concise.By the end of the week, you will be working on case studies that are tailored based on the experiences you have been exposed to during the week so that others can learn from your hard work as well.


Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in a business-related field, management information systems or any computer-related field.A minimum of 1-year experience in Customer Service Associate, Business Analysis or a related field (Preferably in a Payment Industry).Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and a technical enthusiast.Good verbal and written communication skills.Good technical, documentation and tracking skills.Good task and time management skills.Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously, prioritizing items to meet required deadlines.Basic experience with system requirements management & project management tools.Basic knowledge with JIRA is a plus.Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
