Position Summary:

The Medical Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment and supplies to healthcare facilities and professionals. 

 

They will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical equipment and supplies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service.Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position our products in the market.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate leads.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.

 

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Knowledge of medical equipment and supplies (machines, reagents and consumables), including their applications and usage, is highly desirable.Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willing to work with minimal supervisionWilling to work as soon as possibleWilling to work at Pedro Gil, Manila
