ADMINISTRATIVE

OPERATIONAL (INCLUDING R&T AND ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS):

Implements projects based on the approved Operational guidelines and in accordance with the proper schemes/processes stated in the Clients advice.Prepares and ensures timely submission and accuracy of postmortem/progress reports to the Operations Manager (OM) Constantly communicates with the Area Operations Manager (AOM) to effectively supervise project implementation. Ensures that all instructions, responsibilities, and operational details are clearly understood by the implementing personnel.Coordinates with the Business Managers regarding project particulars i.e., manpower, adequacy of stock materials, premium items, funds, and other logistical support required for the assigned project.Liquidation hard and soft copies of Photo Documentations, Monitoring Forms Liquidations and other documentation related to the project and ensures the files are properly stored and recorded.Ensures that all office/client equipment is used, handled, and stored properly and safely.Processes all communications to the government agencies (i.e., DTI/BFAD, LGU Permits) prior to implementation of all consumer-related promotions.Project Management and PlanningLeads in the crafting of the Execution Plan for project bids and final implementation.Negotiates with venues and conducts ocular inspections during initial project planning and if necessary, for project bids.Coordinates with the R&T and HR departments for the sourcing of manpower.Prepares Operational / On Ground Checklist Prepares Internal reports to be sent to the business development department. 

 

FINANCIAL

Ensures that projects are implemented within agreed upon budgets.Ensures timely and proper submission of Liquidations of Cash Advances made for project.Ensures that Cash Advances made for projects are used only for proper and legitimate project needs.

 

SUPERVISORY:

Ensures proper staffing for projects.Ensures that all instructions, responsibilities, and operational details are clearly understood by the implementing personnel. Ensures that the Company Core Values are followed through constant example. Is knowledgeable about the ways of working with frontline and other enabling departments and ensures that these protocols are met.
