As the Food Chemist, your responsibilities includes:

  • Conduct research and experiments to develop new food products and processes
  • Analyze and modify food ingredients to improve nutritional value
  • Develop methods for preserving and processing food products
  • Evaluate the quality of food ingredients and products
  • Develop food safety protocols
  • Create food recipes and formulas
  • Design and test food packaging
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure food products meet customer specifications
  • Prepare test samples of food products and supervise exceptional quality maintenance
  • Maintain product quality and standards of healthcare service inclusive of improvement to quality of products

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, or related field
    • Strong skills in Mathematics and Data Analysis
    • Laboratory Techniques
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations
    • Experience in food product development
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Knowledge and experience in the Vinegar Industry is nice to have
    • Must be willing to work in Caloocan/Valenzuela
