Specialist, CenLab Physicochemical

We are seeking a Specialist, Central Laboratory to perform routine and specialized physico-chemical or microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished food and beverage products, water, and wastewater.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. Chemistry, B.S. Biochemistry, or related field, and be a licensed chemist, chemical technician, or food technologist. They will be responsible for providing accurate test results with the minimum calculated measurement uncertainty, and ensuring confidentiality and control of test results generated.

• Conduct timely analysis with utmost quality orientation, professionalism, and integrity.
• Ensure safe keeping of documented information relevant to product registration, claims, regulatory compliance, conformance to mandatory and voluntary requirements, and quality related issues.
• Optimize use of equipment and laboratory consumables with sense of ownership.
• Interface with customers, internal partners, and external service providers.

• Fresh graduate or with at least one year relevant work experience.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Computer literate, hardworking, and proactive.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Must be of good moral character.
