The Procurement Management Officer (Non-Construction) provides general support to the Procurement Head in sourcing, screening, and negotiation with suppliers and contractors. Conducts coordination with other departments for all project requirements. Prepares purchase orders, comparative evaluations, and periodic updates of materials cost. Maintains organized files of suppliers' documentation for accreditation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Sources and requests for quotations and proposals from suppliersPrepares and assess the comparative evaluation of quotationsChecks and maintains suppliers' file documents for accreditationTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryNegotiates with prospective suppliersPrepares purchase orders and updates the cost of materials quarterlyHandles correspondence and negotiates with contractors and suppliersConducts inter-departments coordination for specific requirementsPrepares reports, encodes receipts, checks, cash vouchers, etc.Assists in all company events and prepare marketing collateralsPerforms all other tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time to time
Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any 4-year courseMust have at least 1 to 2 years experience in the ProcurementMust have good oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent negotiation skillsWilling to do fieldwork from time to timeWilling to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
