Qualifications & experience

1 - 2 years experience in customer-facing role, account management, sales account management, or sales is highly preferred.Dependable (more reliable than spontaneous)Adaptable / flexibleStrong interpersonal and communication skilss (both verbal and written)Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environmentHigh energy, self-motivated, self-directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and the aptitude to learn quickly

 

 

Tasks & responsibilities

Assist the Sales Director in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals.Engage in Sales Activities including calling, presenting and closing deals.Foster a strong client relationships and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.Acquire and input client information into company database to stay on top of current enrollment solutions and track sales goals.Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust.Develop and nurture relationships with the customer in your given territory.
