I. JOB BRIEF

 

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Monitor, detect, and report all cheating, scams, illegal, suspicious and irregular activities, ensuring appropriate management level team members are informed for their action.Observe and analyze gaming and cash handling areas are operating in accordance with standard procedures, using CCTV, data and information assessment, as well as other tools.Review gaming and cash handling activities to ensure procedures have been complied with and integrity has been maintained.Review gaming and cash handling activities to resolve guest disputes, transaction variances and other exceptions.Record and document illegal activities, errors and procedural deviations using recording mediums and specific reporting systems.Maintain the highest level of integrity at all times.Comply with the strict Surveillance ‘Code of Ethics’ at all times.Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.Undertake other tasks and duties as required by the Surveillance Management team.

 

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements

Any and all ongoing and completed studies shall be viewed favorably.Engagement in both formal and informal personal development shall be encouraged.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in an environment involving either administrative functions, general use of computers, cash handling, or calculation skills shall be viewed favorably, however, other experience shall also be considered.

Skills and Attributes

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.Good English and Tagalog communication skills.Good addition, subtraction, multiplication and division skills.Attention to detail.Good interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure.High level of integrity and professionalism.Good observation skills, attentiveness and awareness.Self-motivated & approachable.Amenable to work in a shifting schedule, during weekends, holidays and/or extended hours.
