Job DescriptionAs a Corporate Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care and treatment, either as curative or preventative measures in accordance with OSHS standards.
- Location Specifics: Manila Delivery Center (Mandaluyong, PH)
- Specific Needs: 2 years of experience in a similar role; Licensed Nurse; Well-versed with OSH standards; Vendor Management background
- Language Requirement: Native Language; English
- Position Setup: Onsite (Monday to Friday)
- Shift Schedule: Mid shift from 1pm to 10pm PHT or 3pm to 12am PHT
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accommodate employees on every health-related concern and need that they may have.
- Administer first aid and emergency treatments. Assess, treat, and monitor employees, and assist employees to the nearest facility for emergency cases.
- Monitor health and illness within the office, including those of the employees who work remotely.
- Monitor and follow-up with employees for on-going treatment / cases.
- Implement and maintain air and surface sanitation / disinfection for the office.
- Plan and manage health and wellness projects (ie â gym memberships, partnership with The Sandwich Guy, etc).
- Administer medicine and drugs as well as give other forms of treatment as prescribed.
- Procurement and replenishment of over-the-counter medicines and other medical supplies which are safely kept in a medicine cabinet. Monitor expiry dates of medicines and dispose the expired ones securely.
- Establish and maintain the office clinic, making sure medical equipment and supplies are fully stocked.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
- Prepare, coordinate, and complete Annual Physical Exams and Pre-Employment Medical Exams and record results electronically.
- Secure, store, and maintain confidentiality of medical certificates and other hospital related documents presented by employees.
- Provide team leaders with a clinical assessment report for health concerns of their team members.
- Maintain benefits related items and work directly with the benefits team to carry out various administrative benefits tasks.
Position Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum Associateâs Degree in Nursing/Occupational Health
- Preferred Bachelorâs degree in Nursing/Occupational Health
- Valid Nursing License
- Valid CPR, AED, BLS certifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 yearsâ experience in similar role
Exposure:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical framework and respect for confidentiality of patient information.
