Position Title: Marketing Officer for Events & Marketing Services

Lead and ensure the success of event preparations and executions.Manage relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees.Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral.Execute lead generation campaigns related to events.Manage on-site event presence and communications.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful events plan.Assist in the development of marketing campaign collateral.Design promotional material for events.Ensure smooth event execution within budget and meeting goals.Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors and business associates.Coordinate and implement business and marketing projects from concept to completion.Coordinate all activities to respective departments.Prepare sign-in sheets for events.Coordinate ordering of corporate letterhead, envelopes, business cards, marketing materials, and all merchandise items and POPs.Liaise with attendees upon confirmation of event logistics, venue, etc.Manage all aspects of mount and exhibit presence, including the design, creation, and production of booth, displays, and materials, staff education and preparation, promoting and driving attendance.Work closely with the promotion and public relations team to support activities (conferences, tradeshows, events, campaigns) to ensure successful goals are reached.Lead event budget planning.Research vendors and locations for upcoming events.Receive, inventory, and ship various event and merchandising-related materials.Work on-site at events as needed.Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
Marketing Graduate or any relevant course
1-3 Years of relevant experience
