About the role

As a Food Service Account Specialist you will be responsible for managing and developing key relationships with our food service industry customers. This full-time role based in Metro Manila will involve driving sales growth among the following segment - Hotel/Restaurant/Catering, Quick Service Restaurants, Pizza Chain and Bakery Services - providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful implementation of our products and services within your assigned accounts.

What you'll be doing

Proactively manage a portfolio of existing food service accounts to drive sales growth and maximize customer satisfactionIdentify new business opportunities and pitch our products and services to potential customers in the food service industry such as but not limited to hotel, restaurant and catering businesses, quick service restaurants, pizza chain and bakery services among othersServe as the main point of contact for your accounts, responding promptly to enquiries and addressing any issues that ariseCollaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to develop effective account strategies and promotional plansGather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and service improvementsAttend industry events and trade shows to network, generate new leads and stay up-to-date with market trends

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the food service industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customersStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to maximize sales opportunitiesProven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer serviceFamiliarity with the latest trends, regulations and best practices in the food service sectorPassion for the chemical industry and a keen interest in driving innovation and growth
