Job Accountabilities:

Handle inbound documentation customer-related inquiries timely in both calls and emails and within set communication procedures. Handle inbound editing for OOCL vessel and public vessels (both Manila and Davao).Responsible for preparation and submission of IFM (Inbound Foreign Manifest) for Manila and Davao public vessels.Responsible for IFM (Inbound Foreign Manifest) amendment for Manila and Davao public feeders. Responsible for inbound processing and delivery order (eDO) release for Davao shipments.Handle payment registration and official receipt issuance for inbound Davao shipments.Weekly outstanding receivables payment follow up via phone calls and email. Preparation and sending of demand letters.Send vessel delay notice and change of vessel notice to inbound customers.Promote OOCL digital platforms and customer service guide to inbound customers.Contribute to team performance to meet and exceed the set KPIs.
