Job Description
The Digital Manager will work closely with the General Manager, Business Unit Directors, and other Digital Leads across OMG entities to oversee all digital requirements of the unit. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, setting digital strategies, and guiding a team of digital planners and buyers to meet and exceed client objectives.
Overview of the role
Strategic Leadership and Client Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital media needs.Develop and lead digital strategies for the unit, ensuring alignment with client goals and ROI expectations.Present digital media reviews and position papers, showcasing expertise in online media trends, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior insightsDigital Media Planning and Execution
Collaborate with the Programmatic Head to create holistic digital media plans that reflect key metrics, research insights, and creative direction.Oversee all aspects of Search and Social media buying, including cost estimates, delivery accountability, buy negotiations, and value-added opportunities.Account Management and Financial Oversight
Manage ongoing projects, timelines, and budgets, ensuring accurate billing and financial tracking for clients.Provide in-depth competitive analysis and strategic insights, supporting internal teams and clients in decision-making processes.Supervisory and Team Management
Supervise and mentor the Performance and Digital Client Services team, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.Conduct performance reviews and maintain open communication lines within the team and with external partners.

A graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, AB Communication, or its equivalentMinimum of three (3) years of experience in digital media planning and buying.Strong understanding of digital platforms and the ability to craft effective media recommendations.Proven ability to guide clients and colleagues in technical aspects of performance planning and buying.Experience in analyzing and presenting digital campaign performance and setting benchmarks for success.
