PTP Accountant/Junior AccountantRTR Senior Accountant/Accountant/Junior AccountantOTC Accountant/Junior Accountant

Procure-To-Pay Accountant will be primarily responsible for the execution of day-to-day accounts payable tasks such as bill entry and preparing vendor payments. The AP Accountant will also provide support in the form of account reconciliations and reporting requirements around accounts payable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensures timely and accurate invoice entry in support of weekly wires, as well as timely entry and payment of obligations.Review invoices and payment requests for satisfactory approval, contact employees for proper back-up documentation for payments and clarify questionable invoice items and prices, or obtain approvals.Ensures completeness and accuracy of invoice filings to support general ledger entries.Assists in preparation of schedules for inclusion in monthly close package as requested.Supports the Company’s year-end audit process by preparing supporting documentation and schedules as requested.Runs monthly usage reports and provides information to relevant departments and vendors.Performs additional accounting, financial and other duties as assigned.

 

As a Records-To-Report Accountant supporting Group Finance, he/she will handle the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports, consolidate data from various entities, assist with closing processes, and analyze performance variances. He/she will ensure compliance with financial regulations, support audits, recommend process improvements, and coordinate with other entities and departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit accurate financial reports in line with group policiesCollect and consolidate financial data from different SGL entitiesAssist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end Group tasksAnalyze and explain financial performance discrepanciesEnsure adherence to internal controls and financial regulationsProvide documentation and assist with auditsRecommend improvements to financial processesCommunicate and align processes with other departments/entitiesAssist in training and supporting regional finance teams on group reporting requirements and financial systems

 

The Order-to-Cash (OTC) Accountant plays a crucial role in managing the financial transactions and processes that facilitate the order-to-cash cycle within the organization. This position involves accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, ensuring effective management of accounts receivable, and optimizing cash application processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Cash Application:

Accurately apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit card payments) to corresponding invoices in the accounting system.Process and reconcile daily bank deposits and electronic payments.Ensure that all payments are applied within established timeframes and according to company policy.Investigate and resolve any unapplied or misapplied cash receipts promptly.Identify opportunities for process improvements within the OTC cycle.

Collect AR:

Proactively contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices and arrange payment plans if necessary.
