JOB OBJECTIVE

Play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by generating high-quality leads and implementing effective marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Identify leads through various channels such as online research, social media platforms, and industry events.Send outreach emails to engage prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel using our set of guidelines and work instructions.Maintain accurate records of leads in our CRM system for seamless tracking and follow-up.Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.Generate reports to track marketing performance and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.Contribute to creating content for marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, and blog articles.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or must have completed at least 2nd year of college level, preferably in a marketing-related course.At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry, handling an international account.Must have excellent writing skills in English; good speaking skills in English.Prior exposure to lead generation and/or digital marketing is hugely beneficial.Time management skills and ability to set priorities.A keen eye for detail, proven high accuracy in work, and tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools.
