What will you do?
Responsible for sourcing resumes for all assigned jobs using but not limited to, job boards, networking sites, referrals, etc. to find high-quality candidates whose skills, qualifications, and personalities best match the job description specified by the Client.Collaborate with recruiters and/or account managers to understand specific position requirements & the job responsibilities that the clients are looking for.Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates through networking, research, data mining, and the use of available resources.
What do you need to succeed?
A minimum of 2 years of US sourcing or recruiting experience.Experience with applicant tracking systems and Internet-based sourcing tools.Understanding of the Boolean search language and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches.Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly present complex information.Must be willing to work on a permanent night shift post for an extended period of timeOur office is located at 3F, 5F, 6F of iMET BPO on Metrobank Avenue within the Metropolitan Park area along Roxas Blvd., Barangay 76, Pasay City, NCR, Fourth District, Philippines.
