Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Staff to join our team. The Office Staff will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors to the office professionally.Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Maintain office filing and storage systems.Perform data entry and update records as needed.Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff.Assist in organizing and coordinating office events or meetings.Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.Qualifications:
Graduate of Any Course Fresh Graduate are welcome lives in ManilaProven experience in an administrative role or similar position.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.Work Schedule Mon-Sat
