1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Supervise end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and oversee candidate assessments.
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Facilitate investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize company events, recognition programs, and employee activities.
- Maintain effective communication between management and employees. 3. Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion.
- Partner with department heads in setting KPIs and performance standards.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend development plans.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives. 4. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and business requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support career development and internal promotion programs. 5. Organizational Development (OD)
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
- Review and improve organizational structure, job roles, and workforce planning.
- Lead culture-building and change management initiatives.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
- Analyze workforce data and recommend organizational improvements.
- Facilitate leadership development and competency-building programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments. 6. Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop, review, and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Monitor HR practices and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance.
- Support audits and government-related HR requirements. 7. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and enrollment.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and HR records.
- Recommend programs that enhance employee retention and satisfaction. 8. HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce metrics.
- Monitor HR budgets related to recruitment, training, and employee programs.
- Recommend process improvements to increase HR efficiency. 9. Leadership & People Management
- Supervise and mentor HR team members.
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of HR deliverables and projects.
- Collaborate with department heads to support business objectives. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance.
- Experience in Organizational Development, Training, Employee Engagement, and Change Management.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- CAN START ASAP Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
