About the role
The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall administrative operations of the plant/facility, ensuring efficient delivery of general services while maintaining strong employee and labor relations, regulatory compliance, and workplace discipline. The role serves as a key partner to Management and employees in promoting industrial peace, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee overall administrative operations of the plant/facility
- Ensure efficient delivery of general services
- Maintain strong employee and labor relations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and workplace discipline
- Handle labor cases, administrative investigations, grievances, and disciplinary proceedings
- Manage conflict resolution
- Implement and negotiate collective bargaining agreements (CBA) About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- 8–10 years of progressive HR/Administration experience, preferably
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Strong background in Labor Relations and Employee Relations, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG/food industry environment
- Experience working in a unionized or plant/manufacturing environment, highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, due process, grievance machinery, and labor-management relations
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills
- Mature, firm, fair, and diplomatic in handling sensitive employee and labor concerns
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities
