Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations and maintenance of building facilities namely Generators Set, Pumps, Fan and Blowers, Building Management System, Fire Alarm and Detection System and Fire Sprinkler System, Air Conditioning System, Electrical and Water System; responsible for ensuring that these systems perform effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular inspection.
- Conduct inspection and handover before and after Fit Out Construction.
- Prepare checklists and procedures for preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Inspect buildings and structures to determine functional systems, detect malfunctions and needed repair, submit recommendations relative the above.
- Perform and monitors routine maintenance and undertake emergency repairs effectively and efficiently to minimize time lost due to unanticipated equipment outages during building operations. Minimum
Requirements:
- Preferably graduate of Engineering: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
- With at least three 1 year relevant work experience in building maintenance
- Customer service oriented.
- Good leadership skills
- Can join immediately
