We are looking for a Licensed Electrical Engineer who is eager to kick-start or grow their engineering career in facilities operations, critical infrastructure, and project management. This role offers hands-on exposure to building systems, electrical and mechanical equipment, workplace construction projects, vendor management, and business-critical facility operations.

What You'll Do
As a Facilities Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our workplace infrastructure. Facilities Operations & Preventive Maintenance
• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of building facilities, equipment, and workplace infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor and maintain critical systems including generators, UPS units, air-conditioning systems, and electrical equipment.
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities with contractors and service providers.
• Track utilities consumption and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and compliance documentation. Engineering Projects & Site Improvements
• Support office build-outs, renovations, facility upgrades, and rehabilitation projects.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering and facilities initiatives.
• Review vendor recommendations and maintenance reports to determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Workplace & Infrastructure Management
• Support office expansion initiatives, workspace modifications, and seating capacity requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure facilities are ready for business operations, onboarding activities, and training sessions.
• Help create a safe, productive, and employee-friendly work environment. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as a key point of contact for facility-related concerns and service requests.
• Coordinate with vendors, landlords, building administration, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure service providers meet performance expectations and contractual obligations.
• Support compliance with company standards, workplace safety requirements, and government regulations. Continuous Improvement
• Analyze operational and facilities data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Recommend innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and workplace experience.
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work flexible schedules when business needs require Preferred Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, building operations, and facilities maintenance
• Familiarity with generator sets, UPS systems, HVAC equipment, and other critical facility infrastructure
• Understanding of civil, structural, interior, and building construction works
• Ability to interpret and review technical drawings, engineering plans, and maintenance reports
• Exposure to project coordination, construction supervision, or facilities management is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
