Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role manages recruitment and onboarding processes, develops and implements HR policies, and supports performance management and employee development initiatives. The HR Manager handles employee relations, ensures compliance with labor regulations, and maintains accurate HR records and documentation. Daily tasks include coordinating benefits administration, supporting workplace health and safety programs, and partnering with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture aligned with the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR data, documentation, and HRIS or related systems with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience designing and implementing training, development, and engagement initiatives that support employee growth.
• Ability to work on-site in Makati and collaborate closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Background in healthcare or wellness settings is a plus, along with interest in regenerative and preventive medicine.
