We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions, and ensuring they fully understand project guidelines, requirements, and quality expectations. You will play a key role in preparing labelers for successful performance in annotation projects and supporting continuous improvement in training processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and conduct training sessions for new labelers to ensure understanding of project requirements, guidelines, and policies. Monitor labeler performance during onboarding and provide coaching, feedback, and additional guidance to maintain high-quality output. Collaborate with the Project Management team to update and improve training materials based on feedback, policy updates, and changes in project scope. Serve as the main point of contact for labelers by addressing questions, clarifying instructions, and providing ongoing support. Support continuous improvement by identifying training gaps and recommending best practices in onboarding and training processes. Contribute to ensuring alignment between training execution and operational quality standards across annotation projects. Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to explain instructions clearly and train individuals or groups effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines. Good organizational and documentation skills. Basic computer skills and ability to use online tools/platforms. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple trainees. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in training, teaching and coaching Experience in data annotation, content moderation, AI training, or similar operational environments. Familiarity with annotation workflows and quality standards is an advantage. Experience working in remote or distributed team environments.
