Work Location: Diliman, Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid(3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Work Schedule: Mid Shift
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Manager, Business Continuity Management (BCM) to lead and oversee all aspects of the BCM lifecycle within a dynamic, global organization. Reporting to the Director, Business Continuity and Operational Risk Management, this role plays a key part in ensuring operational resilience and regulatory compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, ensuring alignment with global policies, standards, and local regulations.

Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and develop comprehensive Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to support business recovery objectives.

Provide expert advice, guidance, and training to stakeholders on BCM best practices and strategic implementation.

Plan, facilitate, and document results of BCM tests and exercises, ensuring continuous improvement of recovery plans.

Maintain and monitor BCM data, dashboards, and KPIs to support executive reporting and audit readiness.

Provide 24/7 on-call support during incidents, coordinating response and recovery activities as required.
About You

Minimum 7 years’ experience in Business Continuity Management or a related discipline.

Professional certification such as CBCI or CBCP highly regarded.

Demonstrated experience with BCM software tools and Emergency Notification Systems.

Strong understanding of BPO, BPM, or financial services environments preferred.

Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting timelines.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
