Join Our Team as HR Generalist
Are you passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a thriving organization? We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad HR experience and make a meaningful impact on our dynamic workforce.
About the Role: As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Managing employee relations issues and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Administering employee benefits programs and assisting with payroll processing.
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an HR role or related field, with a solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
With Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
