Lab 916 is an Amazon-first eCommerce growth firm that now needs a Walmart specialist to build and scale our clients' Walmart presence end-to-end. You'll own catalog setup, content quality, WFS, troubleshooting, and Walmart Connect ads—working closely with our Account Managers, Creatives, and Ops. This role is hands-on, outcome-driven, and designed around clear workflows, Definitions of Done, and daily EOD check-ins.Role snapshot

- Type: Full-time contractor (remote)
- Hours: Strong overlap with PST (at least 4–6 hours)
- Reports to: Marketing/Ops Lead; collaborates with Account Managers & Creatives
What you'll own
- Catalog & Listing Operations
- Create and optimize item setups (Item Spec 5.0), variant groups, attributes, and rich media.
- Ensure GTIN/GS1 compliance, correct category mapping, and price parity policy adherence.
- Drive Listing Quality Score and Content Health; resolve Item 360 errors and suppressions fast.
- WFS & Logistics
- Lead WFS onboarding, shipment plans, replenishment, in-stock, and Two-Day/Three-Day tags.
- Monitor chargebacks, cancellations, on-time shipping, and Buy Box competitiveness.
- Advertising (Walmart Connect)
- Plan, launch, and iterate Sponsored Search campaigns; structure by goals and lifecycle.
- Own bid/keyword management, budgets, pacing, and reporting; collaborate with creative for ad assets.
- Troubleshooting & Compliance
- Handle case logs with Partner Support, POAs, appeals, and policy/compliance issues.
- Proactively identify choke points; maintain SOPs and Definitions of Done for repeatability.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Build weekly client-ready reports: sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, LQS, in-stock, Buy Box.
- Use dashboards to surface insights and next actions; present in client calls when needed.
Tool stack you're fluent in
- Walmart Seller Center, Item 360, Growth Opportunities, Content Quality dashboards
- Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) & Shipping templates
- Walmart Connect / Ads Manager (bonus: Pacvue, Perpetua, Teikametrics)
- Feed tools (e.g., Feedonomics/DataFeedWatch/ChannelAdvisor), GS1, ShipStation (or similar)
- ClickUp (tasks), Slack (comms), Google Workspace; familiarity with GHL/CRM is a plus
- Helium 10 for Walmart or similar research tools
Experience we're looking for
- 2+ years managing Walmart Marketplace for brands or agencies (3P required; 1P/Supplier Center is a bonus).
- Proven wins: successful WFS onboarding, unsuppressed catalog at scale, LQS improvements, and profitable Sponsored Search.
- Strong troubleshooting with Partner Support; fast at reading error codes and fixing root causes.
- Clear communication, documentation, and client-facing confidence.
Outcomes & KPIs (first 90 days)
- Catalog integrity: 95%+ of priority SKUs clean (no critical errors/suppressions), LQS ≥ 85 on top SKUs.
- WFS readiness: Priority catalog live with WFS; in-stock rate ≥ 97% for core items; Two-Day/Three-Day tags on eligible SKUs.
- Ads: Launch structure for each client (brand, category, product campaigns). Target: blended ROAS ≥ 3.0 (or client target), CPC trending down MoM with stable/improving rank.
- Buy Box: ≥ 85% ownership where we're the authorized offer; pricing parity plan documented and enforced.
- Reporting & SOPs: Client-ready weekly report template live; EOD checklist completed daily; 5+ SOPs created/updated.
30/60/90 plan
- 30 days: Audit each client's Walmart account; priority issue list; launch or fix top 20 SKUs; first ad campaigns live; EOD cadence established.
- 60 days: WFS shipments flowing; LQS uplift on top 50 SKUs; campaign restructuring for efficiency; monthly review deck format standardized.
- 90 days: Full catalog governance running; stable ROAS at/above target; replenishment rhythm locked; playbook of SOPs + Definitions of Done finalized.
Daily/weekly rituals
- Daily: EOD "wash" in ClickUp/Slack (what shipped, blockers, tomorrow's plan).
- Weekly: Walmart scorecard to AMs + quick loom walkthrough; client syncs as needed.
- Monthly: Strategy review, tests summary, and next month's plan.
Nice-to-haves
- Creative sensibility for hero images and rich media guidelines
- DSV/1P experience, EDI familiarity
- Experience with supplements, beauty, beverage, or CPG categories
