Ortigas Metro Manila, Philippines ESOL IT SERVICES INC. Full time ₱600,000 - ₱800,000 per year

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Educate and engage bank clients on a wide range of Traditional and Variable life insurance products tailored to their financial needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of assigned bank branches.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and bank staff to ensure high customer satisfaction, business retention, and portfolio growth.
  • Maintain regular visibility at your designated bank branch and provide timely updates and performance reports to your Area Sales Head.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience is preferred, ideally within insurance or financial services—but fresh graduates with strong potential and interest in sales are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Open to applicants with transferable sales experience from other industries.
  • Must be available to start within 15 days upon receiving the job offer.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, paired with a professional and approachable demeanor.
