, you will partner with clients to assess their financial goals, provide expert advice, and design tailored solutions in insurance, investment, and wealth management. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals and families to understand their financial needs and objectives.
  • Conduct financial assessments and recommend strategies across life insurance, investments, savings, and retirement planning.
  • Create and present comprehensive financial plans customized to each client's situation.
  • Provide continuous consultation and service to help clients adapt their plans as their circumstances evolve.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial expertise, advisory skills, and industry knowledge.
  • Achieve set sales and performance targets through professional and ethical practice.
  • Contribute to Manulife's mission of improving lives by guiding clients toward long-term financial well-being and security.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Finance, Business, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using digital tools, online platforms, and social media for client engagement.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and passionate about helping others achieve financial success.
  • Preferably with experience in sales, banking, or financial services (comprehensive training provided).

Compensation

Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 (plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives based on performance)
