We are seeking a Renewable Engineer - BESS with a strong background in delivering BESS power projects to join our Energy team. 

What You'll Do:

• Project Leadership: Lead and support BESS energy projects from concept through commissioning.
• Technical Analysis: Conduct Energy Yield Assessments and wind resource analysis.
• Design Optimization: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize system layouts and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and review technical proposals, reports, and project documentation.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success and satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in wind energy or renewable power projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical deliverables and timelines.
• Hands-on experience in BESS facility construction, sizing, and specification.
• Familiarity with BESS & PCS OEMs, Electrical Engineering principles, and HOMERPro software.
• Experience in solar and wind projects is a plus.
• Consulting experience is advantageous, especially in: Preparing technical reports. writing and winning proposals, and client engagement and stakeholder coordination

This job offer can be based either in Makati or in our Quezon City office, depending on your home base / location.
