Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer at FPG, you will play a key role in designing, building,

and maintaining applications that power internal systems and customer-facing solutions. You'll be working across the full technology stack: from modern front-end interfaces to robust backend services. You will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical functionality with speed, quality, and security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer
  • Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack software development
  • Strong proficiency in both front-end (HTML/CSS/JS + PHP/React/Angular frameworks) and back-end development
  • Experience with RESTful API design and database management (SQL and/or NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and system architecture
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications end-to-end
  • Build responsive and accessible UIs using frameworks like PHP, React, or Angular
  • Develop and maintain APIs and services (e.g., , .NET, PHP, Java)
  • Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components
  • Work closely with business analysts, QA, and product teams to translate requirements
  • Apply best practices: code reviews, version control, automated testin
  • Improve speed, reliability, and maintainability of applications
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents
  • Document systems and contribute to team knowledge base
