Job Description
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for change management projects
  • Assist in the coordination of change management project and sponsor meetings, presentations, training sessions , office hours, and other meetings and events
  • Help in gathering data for impact analyses and readiness assessments
  • Support the development of communications materials
  • Participate in the tracking and reporting of change management activities
  • Assist in the engagement and community management of change champion networks across the organization
  • Support the development of reports and presentations on the progress and outcomes of change management initiatives
  • This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
  • The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. When the work necessitates it,you may be required to work outside of the prescribed work hours.Visa reserves the right to adjust thestandard working hours in future based on the business requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience
  • Prosci or other change management certification or designation is desired
  • Basic understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
