Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to grow their engineering career in a fast-paced, performance-driven manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the production machines and R&D teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and/or finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain and update QA documents, procedures, and work instructions
• Train QC and production staff on inspection and quality practices
• Troubleshoot product quality issues and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality-related concerns
• Assist in product development and conduct R&D testing
• Conduct basic maintenance and calibration of testing machines and equipment

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering or related experience
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
• Basic knowledge in electrical testing and assembly
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
