Primary Function

The Assistant Branch Supervisor oversees branch operations in the absence of the Branch Supervisor, ensuring effective inventory management, strong visual merchandising, and smooth daily store operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily branch operations and coordinate store activities when the Branch Supervisor is unavailable.
  • Maintain store image by enforcing uniform standards, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and window displays.
  • Implement in-store marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Monitor staff attendance, documentation, permits, billing, and office supply requirements.
  • Support inventory operations including receiving, tagging, replenishment, stock transfers, and physical counts.
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory records, proper product storage, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Oversee inventory documentation, damaged item processing, and Monthly Monitoring Inventory (MMI) compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and concessionaires to ensure correct merchandise mix and inventory flow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/Degree in Sports Science and Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or any related courses.
  • At least 6 mos. working related experience
  • With good communication and supervisory skills
  • With excellent customer relation skills.
  • Willing to work mall hours operation
