A Facilities Management Assistant supports the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of buildings, offices, or facilities.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (often preferred but not always required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, facilities, maintenance, or property management is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety, health, and compliance standards.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage schedules, work orders, and contractors.
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly address maintenance issues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to handle emergency situations or after-hours support.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay City
