About the role

PTC Logistics is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join our team in Tanza Cavite. This is a fixed-term position, and you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of our fleet of vehicles to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor contractor compliance with KPIs and service contracts.
  • Maintain business relationships with 3PL coordinators.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and recommend penalties or improvements.
  • Ensure resource readiness, truck availability in collaboration with sourcing team.
  • Ensure accurate communication of delivery plans, lead time monitoring, and compliance to customer protocols.
  • Verify delivery documents, and monitor delivery completion and accuracy.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Minimum 2 years experience in logistics operations (inbound/outbound) and distribution functions.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal, English and Filipino) and stakeholder management skills
  • Competency in coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party service providers.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Understanding of relevant transport regulations and safety standards
